I can help. Choose lots of delicious vegetables and entrees with moderate calorie and fat counts. You'll be eating meals made from beautiful, fresh ingredients - real food instead of processed! When I start the cooking each morning, I start with a refrigerator full of gorgeous fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs, cheeses, olive oil, and lean meats and fish.

Are you on a specific diet?
A wide variety of diets are supported. Simply view the nutritional information for each dish, pick out what works for your desired diet, and mix-and-match your entrees and sides to create complete diet-friendly meals. Since all menu items are either low-fat, low-carb, or both, you can easily create low-fat and low-carb dinners in addition to a wide variety of other diets.

No diet at all?
Don't worry, you won't feel like you are eating "diet" food. My healthy dinners aren't simply grilled chicken and plain veggies. You'll never miss the fat I've omitted from the low-fat items or the sugar from the low-carb ones, because rather than substituting out the fat or carbs, I make dishes that naturally fit into those diets. (Chicken Marsala with mushrooms and butter is low-carb!) Feel like being decadent? You can order the Filet Steak with Stilton Sauce (made for the Atkins folks) with the Garlic Mashed Potatoes (made for the low-fat customers).
